maybe you should take a break for the summer from it but still think out where you want the story to go hell i can't tell you what to do anyway lol. whatever you do don't stress it too much you've got alot of support anyways and from what i've seen so far everyone seems to be quite understanding on what you want to do and generally being supportive anyway good luck and have a good summer!!

Take your time on TOME it will grow as your career does as well. Your an amazing artist and story maker so keep it up but just because it takes time to make an episode doesnt mean your fans are gonna leave unless u abandon you work. We will stick with you till the end and watch your life grow along with your story that is TOME. i wish you luck and hope things go well so you can continue such an amazing series

Honestly Kirb you take all the time you can to get done what ever. The tome series in my opinion is great and you can rewatch it over and laugh at it over and over. This kind of series is always worth the wait. Do what you have to. I for one can wait for this series. After all if there will be a break in time it gives the people a chance to check out the Old TTA series. Which i still rewatch occasionally to this day. TOME will be a show/series that i will always look forward to on Newgrounds.

I still wish the original TTA series was a lot easier to navigate episode to episode. But thats a whole other story. But enough said, Just take your time and do what you have to.

In the end even if the show isn't continued it will always be my favorite Series on Newgrounds to date.

Thanks for letting us know what's up! I've really enjoyed the TOME episodes you've put up so far, but if a hiatus is what is required to get the best out of the series, then that's completely understandable. Best of luck in your more 'IRL-centric' work!

Two things I want to suggest:
Instead of remaking TOME. Why not do the canceled season of TTA in TOME's style?

Also, in terms of generating revenue might I suggest posting your animations on Blip.tv, along with Youtube? You can actually make more money on Blip than Youtube.

I'm not going to be furious just because episode 5 isn't coming out soon (if at all), but I respect that you wish to keep your priorities straight. Perhaps you could do things that would help you with your art and animation so you would feel confident in your abilities before your make episode 5. I've liked your work for a while and I wish to continue to watch it improve and grow. Best of luck to you, Kirb.

it's too bad that things aren't going your way. I'm sure things will turn around soon enough though. It saddens me to hear that your putting a pause on TOME, but we all understand. It saddens me even more though that TOME isn't getting the recognition it deserves from the masses. Love your work, keep on pushing.

Man i thought with LK you would get a ton more popularity, I also find it weird that such a good orginal series is not that liked. i mean it has comedy action and every thing else that i love in a anime plus its not another parody or random stuff. well i am glad that you will keep the series but if you have to post pone to make money i get it.

Love the series, will be awaiting patiently (and already have since 4 came out) the next TOME episode. Love the concept, characters (oddly my fav is Rockoon), plot, and everything else. Watched all of TTA a while ago, watching TOME since it came out, and am a little too obsessed with this series... ... I will wait patiently for the next one. :D

its a damn shame that youu have to put it on hold at this point. ive been following your stuff since you first introduced Zetto in TTA. its been great watching TTA turn into the beautiful thing youve got going with TOME. if you need anything feel free to message me: be it random ideas, running future storyboards by a longtime fan, looking for an extra VA for someone getting kicked off a cliff int the background... anything, even just an "i dont know you, but hi".

I agree with shirae, i haven't followed your stuff for long but i've fallen in love with your work. Everything to your awesome self-insertion into the series to Nylocke to Every episode of TTA, You're an incredible flash artist who's idea for Tome could very well be turned into one of the most incredible MMO's if done right. I won't say that I'm not sad at this news, but it's understandable. It can be difficult getting recognition for a good series(a fact that has proven true too many times already) but a series like TOME is definitely worth working on. I wish you good luck with whatever you have planned and hope that you have fun with it.

Sounds like you know what you're doing and that it's for the good of everyone. I'm glad you didn't start a new story arc when you know you might not be able to complete it. That would suck for the fans, and make it hard for the show to get started again. I really hope you come back to it, because the episodes have been steadily improving in pretty much every area, and it really is an entertaining concept. The characters are starting to flesh out too. I feel like it has a lot of promise, but you're definitely doing the right thing waiting until you can get it to catch on enough. Money aside, a show needs an audience to survive. Hopefully once you've established yourself as an artist more it'll be easier to draw in an audience for it, and then it can get the appreciation it deserves. I'll be watching out for your future work, be it TOME or otherwise, so good luck!
