This (to me) looks like a cheesy .Hack clone. It doesn't even look right; (though with no offense to your art style) even the name doesn't fit the overall image. The flow of the first episode was choppy as an introduction; the dialogue was unrealistic to the core and cheesy; overall it felt like it was a fan-fiction than an actual original. Perhaps you can edit your work a bit more, make sure you have something that can work as a useable story and rewrite the script to ensure better dialogue.

(or hell, hire an editor to look at your script and give you some pointers, or have readers to read your script and have them instead of saying "10/10, fine as it is" have them look for errors or any crappy lines or scenes that could be fixed until you feel that the script is okay enough to go forward with.)

Anyway, have a good one and I hope you take in this criticism well as I don't mean anything derogatory to what you have going on here.

While I can understand the .hack// correlation as far as certain universe concepts go (which unavoidable when you're working with a "video game world" setting), I don't understand the "fanfiction" description...a fanfiction of -what-?

Maybe once egoraptor, OneyNG, Spazkid, and Psychicpebbles are satisfied with your improvements will I even consider donating

That's a tall order.

There's definitely going to be more tournament scenes, right? I thought they were the best part.

Keep watching. ;]

what's with all the animators whoring out their animation for money >.>

The animation is free, as far as I'm concerned. No one's charging you money to watch the series. This is merely an offer; no different from people who charge for commissions of their work on DeviantArt.

Just as a passing mention, anyone who says $11 is random is either an idiot or doesn't get the reference. I TOTALLY GET IT. And I found the money, I shall send it soon, Master Niosi.

Rise, my son. Your wish shall be granted.

Much appreciated. :]

I assume that this offer is limited? But hey, if an awesome sprite show with an interesting plot gets stopped at a good part, maybe this will too!

BTW, all I'm saying is that it's a rather unexpected idea to re-make a really, REALLY, long series instead of just continuing from wherever you left off. This means that It'll be a very long wait just to see that part of the series where the main characters go into the D-Bug HQ, or when they met the giant Dragon, or anything like that. Just sayin'

The offer will be going for as long as I can keep the series running. I have the entire story mapped out in my head and I can say, without going too much into detail, that this version of the story won't drag quite as long as the original did. Stick with it and you'll understand.

MOM! I NEED $11!

For future episodes, maybe you should get some additional animators. (Hint: Try Catoblepas and Wooden Sneakers.)

Sure.

well, i don't have any money, so no go on a cameo, but do you mind me using tome as a reference in one of my upcoming flashes? due to TOME being a video game, and my flash being about video game characters... without giving up too much info (still trying to finalise the script). anyways, would you mind?

Hey there kirb! I donated and should of got a email from gamerkillance1. Sorry for the description in paypal, I thought it would fit. D:<

Forgot to mention, the email from my paypal is seanmason1992.

Yup, got yours! All done.

Awesome! Please email me back so I can have a confirmation, that will be most appreciated. :D

Must say I like how the characters are designed to be like video game sprites (their long conversations appearing in front of the screen and the bobbing up and down). What type of tablet do you use for your animation? the kind that you use to draw on a separate pad that shows up on the computer screen or where the drawing takes place on the screen directly?
whell, enough wondering for me, time to come up with an impressive bgm character for the series.

I felt the same way that Flamekraiken felt when I also learned you would have to stop TTA back before you graduated. But after learning you were in that process of college and whatnot it was very understandable. I am very psyched you're starting the TTA series all over again. I will definately keep an eye out for your future releases. Good luck and Godspeed :D

"The animation is free, as far as I'm concerned. No one's charging you money to watch the series. This is merely an offer; no different from people who charge for commissions of their work on DeviantArt."

But the fact that you're asking for money and in return you will add a character of their liking into your next flash is whoring. There's a difference between commissioned art and what you are doing. For commissioned art you are paid for your services and and you were hired by the client to fill a specific need. Lol i just realized i am a moron, sorry for the stupid rant.

You're not a moron, but I think calling this -optional- offer "whoring" is a little ridiculous.

Hey, so what would you do if someone threatened to donate $1111 dollars to you and the TOME series?(not me, i don't have that kind of money, but i do plan to send my 11 bucks once i finish my character up)

Hell, they could fill up an entire show worth of BG characters if they were insane enough to do that.

I guess the word fanfiction wasn't really the right word for that, but then again, most fanfictions are mostly this, similar setting, similar characters, dry dialogue, different names of the same thing... you get my point; it FELT SIMILAR To a fanfiction (I'm not saying it is a fanfiction) than to an original idea. :P

Also it's not true to have a correlation with .Hack when trying for a internet video game setting for a story, but what bothered me the most was the whole "Ultimate Power" thing with a drawback just like the Bracelet, with people wanting to find it at distant corners of the game. Hell, your main character DIED before getting his new "power", just like Kite had, only with Kite, he was in contact with an actual virus-entity in the game when they went to an infected server by accident, your character was in the middle of a REGULAR BATTLEFIELD.

There's so much more that you could DO in a online video game setting, it's the internet! Hell! Look at where virtual reality is going TODAY (hell for 60 dollars you can get video goggles and plug that in to a playstation 3 and have fun with your favorite First Person Shooter), and there are so many genres of video gaming; it's not even funny and with so many ways to innovate with a story that doesn't even have to be within the game.

But you know; I shouldn't even have to rant about this you know, it's your project and you do what you think is right for it as a fellow artist. Besides, I think this might even catch on as you would get better at animating and story writing with this. And with that, I hope this series of yours brings you success as it is right now. Have a good one.

Sure, thanks. Hope you'll keep watching then.

(Scratch "Catch on" I meant get better as a whole.. xP )

YES!! now all i have to do is convince my dad to let me use his paypal
