I thought your part at the beginning of OMBT was great, but I really couldn't sit through any of the rest. So you're right, there.
I just watched There Was This One Time. The concept is great and the animation is fantastic, but I didn't really find it to be that funny. It seems like you could have done so much more with a bat, a rhino, a ferret, and an old man playing cards.
I felt the same way you did about my Sketchbook Tour drawing last year, looking back on it in shame. I've already gotten mine this year and I sent it back with a better drawing :)
Yeah I think I'll be doing some stuff with the TWTOT characters for my page this time around. Glad you enjoyed the movie for what it was!
If you fancy exporting movies to quicktime files in the future yourself, you can export them from flash (if you have CS3 or higher) using the H.264 compression. One thing you'll need to remember to do though is to remove any preloaders you have before exporting.
I've tried, but typically it always gives me glitches so usually I'll just get a friend to record it off of their screen with a program and more often than not it works. YouTube viewers aren't extremely important to me in the first place anyhow, though, so it's not top priority for me.
Yeah, I gave OMBT a 2 in my review of it, and honestly, the only reason I didn't give it a 0 was because of your little parts. I never realized how much better it was with you on board.
Also, I may have to apologize, because I laughed my ass off at Brawl Funnies. Erm, I hope you're all right being in the middle of all of this, since it could be pretty stressful.

No not at all. That's why I wanna be cautious and not simply make it for the sake of making it. It doesn't "demand" a sequel and even if we write stuff I'm required to animate it either, so.

*Phew*! Thanks for explaining One More Brawl Taunts. When I first saw it, I thought you'd lost your touch- like most others, the intro was the only part I found particularly entertaining. Then I read this. Thanks for putting my mind at ease.
BTW, you need not pay any attention to the critisizms you get. By the looks of the reviews & parodies, the majority of people who flamed you were ignorant people who jump to negetive conclusions at the first hint of something that doesn't appeal to them, and don't put the slightest amount of effort into evaluating your own side of the story. But what can you do- they're just rabble. Not worth your attention.
Anyway, keep up the good work! I personaly am looking forward to the next installment of the Parody Rangers movie.
Haha thanks. The intro was fun, I actually finished it a while back but obviously it had to wait until everyone else finished their parts. That was my greatest voice acting "achievement" now.
Nah it's fine, if the critique is real critique and not simply harassment I'm all for it, even if it's mostly negative. At least they took the time to say what was wrong with it so I can keep it in mind, sometimes ya need that kick in the ass to be aware for next time.
